Jennings  is a leader in the field of weighing devices.  As such, our products and website text or layouts tend to be illegally copied by unscrupulous competitors.  This has forced us to take an unusually strong legal stance against such illegal activities.  Thus we have filed for official copyright protection for our website, text and scale manuals.  In addition most of our products are protected by Patents, Trademarks and other legal protections. This still has not fully stopped copying activities.  For example in 2007 we filed two lawsuits including a suit against American Weigh / Classic Wholesales for violations of our trademarks and patent(s).  This may seem abundant but as the market leader it seems other companies feel the need to copy our every move as closely as possible.  That being said if you see any page on any website, or product that you feel may be a copy or reproduction of text from this website we encourage you to notify our legal department
